We are looking for a passionate Data & Support Analyst. The successful candidate will turn data into information, information into insight and insight into business decisions.

Data analyst responsibilities include conducting full lifecycle analysis to include requirements, activities, and design. Data analysts will develop analysis and reporting capabilities. They will also monitor performance and quality control plans to identify improvements.

As a Data & Support Analyst your duties will include:

  • • General IT support both software and hardware.
  • • Work in conjunction with European and Asian team to deliver projects.
  • • Data cleansing and optimization for different projects.
  • • Data filtering to align with current client verticals.
  • • Coding for simple processes and optimization.
  • • Sales Force usage to enrich our data base or update.
  • • Handle different technologies and data providers to improve our quality of data.


Skills required for the position:

  • • Organization and analytical skills
  • • CRM system (Hubspot, Salesforce, Zoho CRM) 1 year experience (preferred)
  • • Microsoft Excel 1 year experience (Medium level, formulas: IF, VLOOKUP)
  • • Data Cleansing
  • • Problem Solver
  • • Fast Learner
  • • 70% English level. Must have conversational English.


BENEFITS
Full-time
Schedule: 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM Monday to Firiday
Salary: $15,000.00 MXN net

**After 3 months in the company, salary raise to $20,000.00 MXN net **
